REASONABLE PRICES - understanding importance of price competitiveness

Competitive pricing is of our importance, especially in the case where you, foreign residents, have to bear the cost of visa renewals or status changes.
Prices we set are based in middle to lower ranges of price levels, referenced data from Japan Federation of Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialists Association(Administrative authority of Administrative Scrivener(Immigration lawyers)).

Though we will make every effort for realizing your required tasks, in some cases, your application might be turned down. In that case, we will first retry again. Nevertheless, your application is turned down again, then, we will refund you all the money we have received.

In usual cases, we receive a seed money that is 50% of total estimated amount, you will receive back from us the seed money you have previously paid. Of course, we will make every effort of avoiding such a case, but since decision making is left to discretion of Immigration Services Agency, and having unable to fully eradicate a possibility of rejection by the authority, we set the REFUND POLICY for customers' comfortability for proceeding further with us.


ONE STOP SERVICE - Convenience, timely reaction up to company establishment, collaborating with the specilists

Having mentioned that our office is close to branch office of Immigration Services Agency, taking geographical advantage, we offer our customers timely service and ONE STOP services, for we have a permission from Immigration Services Agency(ISA) to deal with visa on behalf of customers. In this case, you do not have to go to ISA yourself ,and we will go to ISA for you and get things done accordingly.
Also, in case of you, having a plan for establishing your own company and obtaining business permits, pelase let us serve you achieving those goals on your behalf. Though company establishment requires registration at Legal Affairs Bureau, we will collaborate with judicial scriveners for company registration accordingly.

Understanding the importance of acknowleding current state of our customers, communication plays a very important role. If you prefer communicating in English language to Japanese, we gladly communicate you in English in speaking as well as in writing. We have a bilingual staff at all times, for the writer( the founder of the company), Ted Takahashi is a bilingual in English and in Japanese as he spent 6 years in total in overseas, 2 years in Australia and 4 years in USA, and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, so no problem with communication in English, so please feel free to contact us in English as you feel like.



ONLINE SERVICE - No matter where - covering all over Japan with online service

Online application became available since 2019 and expanded its scope to almost all the visa types in Mar. 2022 with exception of the statuses "Diplomat and Temporary Visitors", so the online system is quite convenient for us as well as customers we believe.
The greatest advantage of the online applicaiton is that geographical limitation was uplifted, as areas we can take up were previously designated and limited; not allowed to take up cases outside the designated areas; but now, we can serve for customers anywhere in Japan, so why not using the online application system, and please let us serve you for your visa renewals. PROCEDURE

first step - Hearing the situation of customers - contact us any of the following:

The first step starts from hearing situations of customers, and communication plays a very important role, so please contact us any of the following means per your choice:

second step - Quote you for cost involved and tasks to be taken care

Upon completion of interview, we will send you a quotation for tasks that we will perform for you.

  • 1. You will receive a quotation from us.
  • 2. If the quotation is acceptable, we will send you Letter of Appointment and inform you of documents we will need from you, and you sign the LOA and send us other required documents(copy of your passport, etc) and send them back to us.
  • 3. You will make your payment (seed money that is 50% of quoted amount) to our bank account by means of T.T. remittance.
  • 4. We will inform you of our receipt of the payment (seed money) and will proceed for the requested tasks.
  • 5. We will inform you progress of the tasks and expected time of completion.

third step - We will send you copy of completed assigned documents for your second payment

Upon our receipt of notification of completion of documents applied to Immigration Services Agency(ISA), we will send you copy of completed documents and you will make payment for remaining amount.

  • 1. You will receive a notification quotation from us.
  • 2. If the quotation is acceptable, we will send you Letter of Appointment and inform you of documents we will need from you, and you sign the LOA and send us other required documents(copy of your passport, etc) and send them back to us.
  • 3. You will make your payment (seed money that is 50% of quoted amount) to our bank account by means of T.T. remittance.
  • 4. We will inform you of our receipt of the payment (seed money) and will proceed for the requested tasks.
  • 5. We will inform you progress of the tasks and expected time of completion.

We, BRIDGE ESTATE INC., are located in Higashi Yamato City in Tokyo. Higashi Yamato City is right next to Tachikawa City to the north, and Tachikawa City is where the branch office of Immigration Services Agency located as affore-mentioned.

Higashi Yamato City is a suburban area, so rather quiet area, and quite some people commute to center of Toyko for work.
