STEPS for VISA

Here is how we proceed with your inquiry for VISA - the case of Certificate Of Eligiability(COA) that you reside in overseas:

first step - Hearing the situation of customers - contact us any of the following:

The first step starts from hearing situations of customers and find out eligiability for Certificate of Eligiability(COA). As we have to gather sufficient factual information from you, an effective communication plays a very important role, so please contact us any of the following means per your choice:

second step - We will quote you for cost involved and tasks to be taken care

Upon completion of an interview, we will send you a quotation for tasks that we will perform for you.

  • 1. You will receive a quotation from us.
  • 2. If the quotation is acceptable, please let us know of your acceptance by return.
  • We will then send you a Letter of Appointment and inform you of documents we will need from you, and you sign the LOA and send it back to us.
  • 3. You will make your payment (seed money that is 50% of quoted amount) to our bank account by means of T.T. remittance.
  • Please also send us copy of the documents we have previously informed you.
  • 4. We will inform you of our receipt of the payment (seed money) and will proceed for the requested tasks.
  • 5. We will inform you progress of the tasks and expected time of completion.

third step - We will send you copy of assigned documents for your second payment

Upon our receipt of notification of completion of documents applied to Immigration Services Agency(ISA), we will send you copy of COA and you will make second payment for remaining amount.

  • 1. You will receive copy of COA from us.
  • 2. You will make second payment for the remaining amount.
  • 3. We will send you the original COA via courrier upon our receipf of the second payment.
  • 4. You apply for VISA for Japan in your country at either embassy of Japan or a consulate of Japan and *show your COA as a proof of your visit to Japan.

* Please importantly note that you only show the COA and do NOT submit the COA to the embassy or sonsulate as you will submit the original COA to ISA upon your arrival to Japan.

STEPS for company establishment

Here is how we proceed with your inquiry for company stablishment - the case that you have been living in Japan and wishing to establish your own company in Japan.

The first step starts from hearing of your plan for estabalishing your company. Like the case of COA, as wish to have sufficient factual information from you and find out a suitable company type for you bewteen Company Limited (Co.,Ltd.) and Limited Liability Company (LLC), an effective communication plays a very important role, please contact us any of the following means per your choice:

third step - actual steps in depth

 STEP 2.  Make a company stamp
for registration		  Wooden type is in common.
 STEP 3.  Make an article of corporation  We will make it for you.
 STEP 4.  Pay for the capital  Timing of capital to be paid is after obtaining the article of corporation. Importantly be noted that you can not have a bank account at this stage as your company has not yet been registered, Therefore, you pay the capital amount to bank account of proposer. Please make sure that you take copies of your bank note for the front page and 1st. page and the page that the capital was paid.
 STEP 5.  Registration  to be done by a judicial scrivener.
